Lost or Damaged Packages

At Collectors Treasure, we take great care to ensure every order is securely packaged and dispatched in perfect condition.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier (Australia Post or equivalent), responsibility for delivery transfers to them.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to lodge a claim. We’re always happy to help by providing tracking details or confirmation of dispatch, but we cannot refund or replace items lost or damaged during transit once they have left our facility.

Please note that while we pack all orders securely, we cannot guarantee the condition of external packaging after shipping. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be directed to the courier.

 

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Collectors Treasure is not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to amend the shipping address. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

If “Authority to Leave” is selected at checkout or with the courier, this gives permission for the parcel to be left in a safe place. In this case, Collectors Treasure and the courier are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

If no authority to leave is provided and you’re not home, the courier will leave a collection card or send delivery instructions for redelivery or pick-up.
